Pilot Crushtec International is using bauma Africa 2013 as a platform to launch a fleet of new products, the vast majority being new to South African shores.
According to director sales Graham Kleinhans, the exposition to be held at Gallagher Estate between 18 and 21 September, provides the ideal showcase for the company’s latest and most innovative offerings in crushing and screening products and ancillary equipment. These include not only imported equipment but also its own range of locally manufactured products purposely designed and built to meet African conditions.
“Bauma Africa 2013 is by far the biggest exhibition of its kind ever to be staged on the continent. It is a genuinely international trade fair for specialist producers of mining and construction equipment and has attracted more than 500 exhibitors from 34 countries.
“From Pilot Crushtec International’s perspective, the timing is perfect as it coincides with our introduction of a wider variety of bigger, higher capacity products to suit operators’ needs as well as innovations to assist customers in maximising their return on investment,” he says.
“Our ability to stage a complete display based entirely upon new additions to the range shows the extent by which the brand is expanding based upon our policy of consistently seeking out or designing and building products ourselves which will add value to the customers’ operations,” says Kleinhans.
Leading examples of products developed by the company are the TwisterTrac VS350 Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher and the DoppiaTrac DR400 Double Roll Crusher conceived and manufactured in Pilot Crushtec International’s extensive manufacturing facilities.
“We are very proud to be exhibiting the world class Sandvik UJ540E which will be the biggest mobile crusher ever displayed at a show in South Africa. Together with this, the Rubble Master RM100 GO! which is our Austrian suppliers flagship model, will also be displayed, as well as the upgraded specification of the Pilot Modular/TRIO MJ3042 jaw crusher, now available with a pre-feeder pre-screen which, for a minimal outlay, exerts a massive impact on tonnages,” he adds.
In an industry where time and money are inextricably linked, the addition of two new TowerLight products is by no means cosmetic. The high illumination output VT 8000-FH 9m has been introduced to assist mine sites and quarries to work around the clock while its sister product, the silently operating, low exhaust emission VT Hybrid LED provides a free standing lighting facility, eminently suitable for operation in environmentally sensitive conditions.
Pilot Crushtec International intends its display to be a major focal point of the exposition and will be deploying a large contingent of its local and export sales engineers, technical specialists and senior management who will be at its customers’ disposal during the four- day event.
They will be joined by international product and process experts from Sandvik, TRIO and Rubble Master and TowerLight.
